CheckPoint Launches its Series ATP Electric Pump with External Adjustment
CheckPoint’s Series ATP, now with external adjustment, is an economical electric pump solution with diverse capabilities, both onshore and offshore. Well-suited for solar, AC, and DC service, this pump features mechanical adjustment offering independent flow control from 0 to 100%. The Series ATP3’s robust drive mechanism ensures minimal wear, smooth operation, and long-term durability. This versatile pump features advanced head technology including enclosed, non-adjustable seals which prevent premature wear and unnecessary user error, interior wipers, no backside suction, and additional seal protection, providing increased protection against water and dust ingress.
CheckPoint Launches the Series SLA LeakLess Pump
CheckPoint’s New LeakLess Head Technology boasts surprising results for even the most seasoned pump experts. Tested to more than 200 million strokes yet the seals did not reach failure.
The LeakLess design was initially engineered to answer the industry’s historical appreciation for diaphragm pumps, while hoping for higher pressures and more consistent injection volumes. The product exceeded its goals and now stands to revolutionize CheckPoint’s Patented products beyond even this model release. Paired with the Series SLA electric drive, the pump delivers up to 50.87 USG/H (192.56 L/H) and can reliably inject into pressures up to 13,500 PSIG (931 BARG) per head.

We are pleased to announce the launch of our latest chemical injection innovation.
CheckPoint’s new Series SLA electric plunger pump delivers up to 50.87 USG/H (192.56 L/H) and can reliably inject into pressures up to 13,500 PSIG (931 BARG) per head. It features a robust casing and a variable eccentric drive designed to withstand harsh conditions of oil and gas installations, and it contains minimal moving parts to further guarantee long-term reliability and superior uptime. The Series SLA electric pump’s controlled volume pump specifications and high metering accuracy meet API675 standards. A nearly infinitely adjustable stroke length of 0-1 in (0-25.4 mm) ensures extremely precise and accurate dosing and a large turndown ratio of 10:1*.

CheckPoint Launches its Series S Electric Solenoid Pump
Today, we are pleased introduce CheckPoint’s latest product and first solenoid pump—the Series S. Our new metering pump provides reliable and economical chemical injection for a wide variety of applications.
The Series S features a digital speed adjustment, which provides repeatable precision, as well as a wide turndown range on all models. Metering accuracy is achieved via highly efficient check valves. A NEMA 4X style housing allows for outdoor installations, while a splash guard protects the control panel. This product guarantees a cost-effective way to perform precise and quality chemical injection across a wide variety of applications.
CheckPoint Pumps & Systems proudly launched its latest innovation, the Series HDA electric diaphragm chemical injection pump, rising to meet a strong worldwide demand. The Series HDA comes equipped with a unique, patent-pending design, featuring a diaphragm dosing head that allows for efficient, environmentally safe injection of a wide array of chemicals, as well as ease of operation in any location, including remote and unmanned areas.
Scott Fairley, CheckPoint’s President, expressed his enthusiasm for the new product: “This brings us one step closer toward achieving our ultimate goal, which is to offer a full range of pumps that covers the entire spectrum of chemical injection. We offer a complete and extensive collection of pneumatic, electric, and solar plunger pumps, and we are now expanding even further to add hydraulic diaphragms to that range.”
CheckPoint Scores a Hole-in-One at API Delta Golf Tournament
The API Delta Chapter of New Orleans, LA hosted its annual Golf Tournament Friday, September 16, 2016, at the Covington Country Club located in Covington, LA. The tournament format was a 4-man scramble, blind bogey. Twenty teams of four participated, with numerous industry leaders both participating and sponsoring the tournament. CheckPoint sponsored the tournament with a tent offering warm, fresh donuts and ice cold beers. The maple-bacon doughnut proved to be the most popular selection of the day. CheckPoint’s Steve Floyd and Jack Ferrill, Jr. manned the booth.
