CheckPoint’s surfactant injection system delivers precisely metered surface-active agents that lower oil-water interfacial tension, boosting oil mobility and increasing overall recovery. By also altering reservoir rock wettability to be more oil-wet, our system enhances displacement efficiency and maximizes production. This pneumatically operated surfactant injection skid features remotely controlled flow rates at rated pressures. Utilizing a box frame design approved by DNV, suitable for offshore operating and lifting, its compact design facilitates ease of installation in confined areas.
