CheckPoint’s modular demulsifier injection system precisely injects chemicals into oil–water emulsions to drive rapid separation. These skids optimize crude processing by actively removing water and contaminants before refining. This system is based on CheckPoint’s Stage-4 standardized dosing system platform and was delivered to the Middle East. It was completed in less than 20 days from order, to meet our client’s strict turnaround requirement, thanks to our extensive stock of ready-made components and standardized system design, something uniquely offered by CheckPoint.
