CheckPoint’s oxygen scavenger system delivers chemicals for precise removal of dissolved oxygen in fresh or produced water at injection wells, preventing general and pitting corrosion and extending the lifespan of your equipment to ensure reliable performance. The system is pneumatically driven by wellhead gas, using CheckPoint’s gas recovery technology to recapture and reuse 100% of exhaust gas. By leveraging the same gas stream for both chemical injection and powering the system, operators significantly reduce gas consumption, lower energy costs, and achieve enhanced efficiency and sustainability at the well site.
