This custom system was designed to inject at 158 USG/H (600 L/H) and 6,236 PSIG (430 BARG).

CheckPoint was tasked with providing a turn-key solution for MEG (Monoethylene Glycol) injection at various well sites in a GCC country. The resulting system comprises a chemical injection skid, trailer-mounted air compressor, tank stand with bund, and all required ancillary items to ensure a safe and streamlined operation. This system was engineered for wellhead injection, where exists significant variations in pressure and flow rates. Its distinctive design provides a higher turn-down capability, making it ideal for applications involving wellhead injection. Pneumatically controlled trip functions ensure system shutdown and alert the operator when necessary.
